职位1:

We are looking for a Construction Manager for an American sports equipment brands. Mainly production of tight underwear and shoulder pads. There are three series of sports equipment brand: HeatGear, ColdGear, FootWear. If you are interested in this role, please send your CV to:

Key Responsibilities

1.      Develop strong relationships with franchise partners, landlords, vendors and general contractors. Act as the primary contact for these relationships.

2.      Provide regular detailed progress reports on the current status of all active construction; assess risk, challenges and recommend solutions.

3.      Maintain updated Store Construction and Opening Calendar.

4.      Organize and archive all program relevant designs, documents, inventory, budgets, invoices, photographs and etc.

5.      Responsible for tracking project budgets, invoicing and reporting.

6.      Build, maintain and enforce UA Retail Guidebook standards.


Key Requirements

7.      Working knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting and scheduling.

19.   Collaborate with multiple vendors, partners, landlords and effectively communicate requirements, schedules, changes, issues, implications and resolutions.

PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES

1.      Ecommerce Assistant System and Analytics Manager is responsible for all ecommerce systems’ stability and optimization to achieve ecommerce business goals. This role is in project leadership and participation across various ecommerce initiatives including official site, 3rd party sales platform, operation partner’s system, tracking system, and all other digital tools.

2.      This role will also analyze all consumer buying, browsing and behavior data to gain more consumer insight, which will support the team for business decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES

•       System Management

1.      Lead local implementations of ecommerce capabilities for existing official website and future 3rd party online platforms and make sure all system’s availability and stability

2.      Initiate new projects for site function and backend system optimizations for improving user experience and increasing operation team’s working efficiency

3.      Develop an in depth knowledge of business needs and work with agency for the technical solutions

4.      Assist other functions IT projects, when ecommerce system is involved

•       Agency Management

1.      Manage all system vendor and maximize their service and performance with given budget

2.      Manage and improve vendor performance to make sure all project delivered on time.

•       Ecommerce Analysis

1.      Generate system, sales and other report on daily, weekly and monthly basis

2.      Analyze the system and consumer data, identify key issues, and make suggestions for solutions

•       Others

1.      Support all other ecommerce operation, marketing from the system point of view.

2.      Support establish Ecommerce reference business process with deep insight

3.      Partner with different internal teams to make sure global best practice is considered in local implementation


REQUIREMENTS

1.      Solid technical background of ecommerce system

2.      Solid project management skills

3.      Strong analytics and reasoning skills

4.      Proven experience of coordinating and managing activities between internal business functions and external agencies

5.      Good organization capability and strong communication skills

6.      Fast learner, diligent and positive working attitude Passionate about sports; participate in sports at least weekly basis; familiar with the sports environment in China

7.      Strong leadership, team building and mentoring abilities

8.      Multi-task and detail-oriented

9.      Bachelor degree or above

10.   3+ years of working experience, with minimum 1 years’ experience of ecommerce project management in sports or apparel industry

•       Strategy development, planning and implementation

1.      Support strategy development to achieve organization’s objectives

2.      Develop, communicate and implement short and long-term operational KA plans to deliver objectives, strategy and capability development

3.      Implement “Dispense Beverage strategy partner” and Key Account Management strategies through the KA team and indirectly through sales and technical teams providing the necessary direction, support and coaching.

4.      Product Management: - Propose and facilitate timely introduction of new solutions, product upgrades through our engineering / supply chain in China, Europe and US to maintain our competitive position and drive total solution / Key account strategy and growth.

•       Accelerate and lead Key Account Sales Growth and Development

1.      Proactive management of and development of Brand relationships with Key Customers. Become key contact point with senior leadership in the accounts across all influential functions – general management, sales, marketing, R&D and operational.

2.      Develop an intimate understanding of our key customer’s business – strategy, KPIs and drivers, solutions, equipment, training and service needs

3.      Develop and implement training and marketing programs to facilitate dispense beverage adoption and success through both the brand-owner and retailer.

4.      Develop new business opportunities within the key accounts and protect current market position.

5.      Plan and execute key account strategies and priority projects

6.      Achieve sales growth and financial targets for key accounts

7.      Review and refine current internal processes to support Key account and deliver objectives.

8.      Cross departmental liaison within the organization as well as our global Key Account structure in the areas of sales, product management, service and operations to ensure that customer needs are met.

9.      Work with regional Sales team to drive forecasting, sales and regional sales initiatives.

10.   Monitor Market trends and adjust plans accordingly.

•       Talent development

1.      Coach and develop direct and indirect report(s) for possible succession planning and promotion within 2-3 years in leadership, commercial and technical capacities.


Key Requirements

1.      7 yrs+ commercial experience in B to B markets and at least 3 years in China

2.      Proven track record of sales achievements and critically in developing new business and selling value-based solutions.

3.      Customer focused with strong business judgment and experienced in managing sales teams in China.

4.      Dynamic and motivated decision maker with pro-active approach, and who does not need close management. Willing to be hands-on and involved in all operational aspects of the business. Willing to work in a lean organization.

5.      Good communicator with strong interpersonal and cultural skills and significant relationship management experience at senior levels.

6.      Fluency in English and Chinese, experience working and communicating with international teams.

7.      Preferably MBA

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

•       Education & Knowledge:

1.      Bachelor and above from recognized university.

2.      Major in electrical engineering / technical computer science or equivalent education


•       Experience:

1.      5+ years of professional experiences in the development of "embedded systems", preferably in the automotive industry

2.      5+ years of professional experience in the acquisition, management and motivation of R&D team.

3.      Experience with demanding customers of the automotive industry will be preferred.

4.      Has the oversea working experience in Germany, North America or Japan is preferred


•       Competency and Skills:

2.      Be familiar with TS 16949, ISO17025 and ISO14001;
