My client, one of leading foreign banks is looking to seek a Depositary Receipts China Team Leader who is based in Beijing to support for regional head on depositary receipts business in China.
Responsibilities:
•       This role is responsible for new business development in China including cross-sell opportunities by collating, analyzing and presenting information, through a team of professional and technical staff, to senior management or internal/external clients as appropriate.
•       You will also develop and maintain specific subject expertise and advises business management, and relevant third parties. Build strong industrial relationship by having regular contact among peers within the company and externally, including regulators and professional organizations.
•       Besides, one of the key responsibilities is to produce written reports and to ensure that the organization's procedures and systems support the business' requirements, authorizing and leading changes where required.
•       Finally, you will contribute to policy discussion and developments, set standards and procedures and make a key input to their specific area of accountability.
Requirements:
•       Ideally, you will be Bachelor or Master's degree with minimum 12-years' experience in capital markets, equity market and related work.
•       You will need solid knowledge of securities industry preferred (China, US and EU).
•       Excellent presentation, interpersonal and commercial skills required for this position. The position requires board representation of the business in external and internal situation.

Our client, one European bank is looking for an Officer, Credit Risk Management who will cover Beijing and Shanghai and focus on credit admin and credit risk.
Responsibilities:
•       This role will prepare and submit various risk reports including quality analysis; credit related PBOC/CBRC reports; monthly Industry Concentration Report; Monthly Credit Progress Report; quarterly report on change of INCAP and RECAP.
•       One of the key responsibilities will be preparing intercompany limits annual review for approval by Head Office and maintaining a database of model documentation such as standard template/blank forms.
•       Meanwhile, you will also follow up with Account Officer on outstanding documentation issues ensuring documents are complete and perfected before the facility becomes active in the credit system.
•       Furthermore, this role will arrange and maintain security required for various facilities such as the registration and discharge of security documents and perform random check on cash margin requirement for Trade & Commodity Finance clients.
Requirements:
•       The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in credit administration and documentation covering TCF and general loan customers.
