Introduction
Jing Zhou, born in the October of 1974 and from Taizhou Jiangsu province, is currently the lecturer in Donghua University of accounting faculty in Glorious Sun School of Business and Management. She majors in research into corporate governance and performance improvement based on accounting information. So far more than 10 papers have been published with one adopted in CSSCI and EI respectively. Besides Ms Zhou is currently the principal of a research project supported by Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance and has been engaged into several projects arranged by Ministry of Education, the China National Textile And Apparel Council, Shanghai Social Science Foundation, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation and Fundamental Research Found of Central Universities respectively. Moreover, Ms Zhou is dedicated to enhance her teaching technique as she took charge of an instruction reform project in Donghua University and was engaged in the launch of reformed Accounting Course which has been selected as the Excellent Course of Shanghai and rewarded with several instruction result prizes within campus.
