Student Affairs Department provides guidance for non-local graduates to work in Shanghai and students' career planning. Full-time administrative personnel of the Career Development Department are engaged in consulting related to Shanghai residency policy

Authoritative experts in career development are invited occasionally to deliver series of lectures.
3) Career Planning Guidance
Student Affairs Department of GSSBM has strong links with the major well-known enterprises, and has co-hosted a number of job fairs and career talks with partners such as Alliance PKU Management, Jingrui International, Zhongmian Boao, and SAIC.
4) Create Platforms for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange
The platform is committed to carrying out a variety of activities to improve vocational skills and community, such as Shanghai MBA entrepreneurial innovation exchange meeting, MBA practice base, the HR club preparatory session, providing the students with opportunities to exchange ideas.
